Vacuum coating machine
Vacuum coating machine mainly refers to a coating that needs to be performed under high vacuum, including vacuum ion evaporation, magnetron sputtering, induction evaporation and other methods, which are mainly divided into evaporation and sputtering. The substrate to be coated is called the substrate, and the material to be plated is called the substrate. The substrate and the substrate are in the same vacuum chamber.
Evaporation coating is to heat solids (aluminum, copper, lead, nickel, tin, gold, silver, zinc sulfide, etc.) such as metal wires and metal blocks to evaporate surface components in the form of atom clusters or ions. The thin film is deposited on the surface of the substrate and is formed through the thin film formation process (stratified island structure stray structure layered growth).
For the sputter-type coating, it can be simply understood that the target is bombarded by electrons or high-energy lasers, and the surface components are sputtered out in the form of atom clusters or ions, deposited on the substrate surface, and formed into a thin film through a film formation process.
Application of vacuum coating machine:
Packaging materials: foil, yin and yang film, food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, alcohol packaging, cigarette case packaging and other packaging materials.
Films: electronic shielding film, electronic conductive film, gold and silver wire coating, PET plastic film, low tension film CPP, PE, BOPP, etc.
Paper cloth: aluminized paper, cloth, sponge, gold and silver paper, etc.
